Rules

- must be consecutive
- must perform leg lifts
- leg must not touch ground during leg lift
- legs must not rest in mid-air during leg lift
- must perform straight leg holds
- legs must remain straight during leg holds
- legs must be held 6-12 inches off ground
- duration of leg holds depends on the number of leg lifts (i.e. 5 leg lifts for 5 second hold, 10 leg lifts for 10 second hold, 15 leg lifts then 15 second hold, etc)
- must use timer in timing leg holds
- must provide video evidence
