  So how does this work? How long can you build up your spin? Can I hold a bottle of soda in my hands in case I get thirsty during my ridiculously long spin?

  But really tho, how much can you build it up first? One full rotation then you have to lift feet? Half rotation? Only one little push?

  So would I be allowed to build up my spin and THEN lift up my feet?
