Using a TV FlyBack (Accelerating Anode) from a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube TV), Darryl Learie electrocuted himself with 28.95 KV to light up a 15-watt fluorescent light for 21.7 seconds.

WARNING: This record is extremely dangerous and should only be attempted by trained professionals with medical assistance nearby.

- must use a CRT FlyBack a.k.a. accelerating anode, secondary anode LOPT and IHVT
- TV FlyBack must put out at least 25 KV
- must be shot in 3D using two independent cameras and/or a 3D camera
- must provide video evidence
