Julie W laced up a sneaker in 30.94 seconds. The sneaker had 12 holes and the standard Criss Cross Lacingtechnique was used.

The feat was achieved on October 18, 2009 at the Saucony Originals tent at the Treasure Island Music Festival in San Francisco, California.
