Victoria Masciopinto laced up a sneaker in 26.72 seconds. The sneaker had 12 holes and the standard Criss Cross Lacingtechnique was used.

The feat was achieved on July, 17, 2009 at the Pitchfork Music Festival[] in Chicago. Representatives from URDB.org were present to document the record.
