Greg Harrell-Edge and Dave Penndorf performed a high five 9 1/2 feet (114 inches) off the ground. The duo set the record to celebrate National High Five Day.

- one participant must jump from ground level
- distance measured from ground level to where base of palms meet
- palms must connect and make an audible slap sound
- must jump from a hard surface (no trampolines, etc.)
