- must follow standard ten-pin bowling rules
- every shot must be released between the legs
- must face pins during every throw
- must use a single lane unless mechanical failure longer than 10 minutes requires lane change
- shot must be delivered by natural means; may not use any devices or equipment to impact the ball's delivery
- delivery between the legs must begin with the ball swinging on the outside of the leg, then delivered between the legs
- valid score will be counted from frames 1-10
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
