We think only a record holder can know what you go through to set a record, so we only let people that
have already set world records downvote other people's records.
What can I do?
Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.

I see six participants that do not at all click their heels. Changing the count to 27.

It doesn't look like everyone in this video is participating -- some players just stand there. I think they should be deducted from the final tally.
