We think only a record holder can know what you go through to set a record, so we only let people that
have already set world records downvote other people's records.

Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.
There was a fairly major controversy over the definition of "adult-sized" gloves. When the gloves were removed and counted, several pairs were eliminated because they were easily identified as being meant for children. Others fell into a bit of a gray area and for those, team member Alicia tried on the gloves and if she was able to get it to fit on her hand, it was allowed in the final count.
