- cans must be empty
- can use soda or beer cans
- can not use any adhesives to hold the cans together
- must stack as many as you can on the board and on top of the other cans
- can remove the tabs
- must be on knees during the balance
- must use a 48-Inch pole
- board table must be 36-Inches in length
- pole must be balanced on chin
