    Oh cool. I actually see the size of bag is added to the criteria now, so someone can't beat me with a teeny bag of gyoza :) I do want someone to beat me though because it would be fun trying to regain a record.

    It's a 16 ounce (1 pound) bag of trader joe's thai shrimp gyoza. 16 pounds is the pre-cooked weight, it probably weighs more than that once the water and oil absorbs into them when cooking. I put the size of the bag in the criteria when I submitted the record, but for some reason Recordsetter didn't put that criteria up. I'd say to beat the record, any gyoza can be used, but it wouldn't be fair unless it was 1 lb pre-cooked worth of it.

    What size was the bag? I can find some very small bags of gyoza at the local market...
