  Can the criteria on this record be improved? What is classified a "beverage"? (ie. Does drinking tomato sauce count?) Also the classification of beverage, does branding differentiate the beverage enough? (ie. so are these different drinks or are they one "beverage", Cola; Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Pepsi, Pepsi Max, LA Ice Cola, Open Cola) If the drink is a legitimate mix, is it allowed (eg. Lemon, Lime and Bitters), I think if it has a name and general use it would be accepted.
