  Happy to split categories ("hops" versus "catches") if you guys think appropriate. Alternatively, once this attempt gets beaten, we can just revise rules and add "throws must be at least chest height."

  No, he was throwing it high enough but once it gets so low you can't tell when it's actually leaving the string.

  the reason for the height requirement to low they become hops. I just did 45 low tosses at 1 inch in height in 30 seconds but is hard to see

  this should have a height requirement at least chest level. I did 31 in 30 seconds
