  OK, added a rule re: measurement. Another question: I'm assume body starts behind a line. Does it need to cross the finish line, or just have the hands go over the finish line?

    Yep, both hands must cross finish line at the end to get a time.

    Yes, I believe showing measurement should be added to the rules for this record. Here is the video with the measurements included starting at 8 secs... I didn't originally include this video because the original recordsetter didn't have measurement requirements in rules. I measure below:
