He achieved the feat on August 9, 2008 at the International Yo-Yo Open[] in New York City. Tsiakos used a One Drop MarkMont yo-yo, concave bearings and a standard length, purple Alchemy string. Dan Rollman and Faisal Ansari witnessed the record.
