Thanks Dan! I weigh in after the feat. My weigh in video starts 54 secs. I show my body weight in Kg.. I am 51 kg (113 lbs) and backpack is 20.2 kg (45lbs), which comes to 40% of my bodyweight.

Alicia, how do we know it was 40% of body weight? If one wants to beat you, how can they make such a measurement? (PS Awesome feat.)

Yes, the egg throws in an another element of muscular control and balance in with exercise making it more isometric, but still repetitive. So, yes, it becomes more challenging. I was inspired to add the egg into exercise from Darryl Learrie - He made raw egg famous with his one arm pushups on raw egg, which earned him honorable mention on Recordsetter for 2011!

You seem to really like doing exercise with the raw egg! What is up with you and the raw egg!? It is obviously very challenging!
