- reps must be consecutive
- must hold rings with palms facing inwards and arms close to body
- arms must bend breaking 90 degrees and return to full extension for each rep
- must show backpack weight to be 40% of record setter's total weight
- backpack must be held between legs
- must show body weight and backpack weight on video
- must provide video evidence

Thanks Ron! Yes, holding wobbly weighted backpack between legs during dips does turn the exercise into a leg exercise also. I squeeze backpack with feet working inner thighs.
