Woahhh, Kookie! This is sick! Do you do glow sticks too? We need to see more records from you! Any ideas for new ones? How long have you been juggling for?

  • Canada Dan Rollman

KooKie, this is awesome. What music are you listening to?

  • Belgium JoeNagy

    very impressive

  • The Internet Nadia Williams

That is amazing, and only in a minute!!!

  • United States Brian Pankey

I did it this way & can do a lot more than my previous record but then juggling hack Pete Moyer complained if you look at the bottom comment but I think Mike this is just fine so I tried it & got 100 patterns in one minute so you still beat me. Mike you are a real juggler not a hack like Pete Moyer!

      Uhhhh...

:/ I can do better, but I unexpectedly went to the hospital this weekend, so no attempts at that for a while...

    • Canada Mike Moore

Wow, and that was completely vanilla, too. Have you tried doing a half claw? Either way, I hope you get better soon, juggling-preventing injuries are the worst :(

    • The Internet Andrew Gardikis

I feel like I'd be slower with the half claw, interestingly. I wonder if doing Mills' Mess clawed would be possible/faster? It seems incredibly difficult trying it now, but maybe with some practice it could be done.

Thanks. I hope I get better soon too... I had some pretty serious issues with my lungs, I'm taking it easy for a while to say the least. I'll probably try some juggling recordsetter stuff eventually though. Good luck on your future juggling endeavors! :)

At this point, is this even really mills mess?

    • Canada Mike Moore

That's something I thought about a fair bit before submitting. In my opinion, the answer is yes, for these reasons: 1- It has the same sequence of throw points, and is the same as a "normal" Mills with respect to a Mills Mess state transition diagram. 2- the siteswap is still (roughly) 3.

That said, the catch point of the under throw /is/ different. I figured I'd just try to make that explicit in my additional info and let the judges decide.

yo is this on youtube Mike?

    • Canada Mike Moore

      Nope, only here.

    • United States Theskinnyman Chris

can I put it on YouTube?...or you should put it on there

    • Canada Mike Moore

I'm normally pretty selective about the stuff I put on Youtube, so I'd rather not have this up there, especially since it's already been beaten (once by CoolJuggler, and once again by me!). I don't think it's as clean and fast as I'd like it to be to have it up there.

    • United States Theskinnyman Chris

alright I was just wondering and um actually I decided that would be weird if I uploaded anyways...and alright...thats cool

  • United States gerald gattis

    hi

  • Canada Mike Moore

Nicely done CoolJuggler! I'll see what I can do about that.

  • The Internet Naomi Stager

    Goooooooo MIke!!!! :D JOUG

  • The Internet Misha

wish I could do that, its crazy

  • United States Brian Pankey

good luck to you Mike I'm sure you'll win because the recordsetter system is like a slot machine & I'm a card guy because slot machines are rigged

    • United States Emily Patricia

Hey Brian, we'd just like to emphasize that there is no rigging whatsoever in this contest. Thanks.

  • United States Emily Patricia

Hey Mike, you're really close to getting in the top 3 for the record of the month contest. Be sure to get more friends and family to vote up your record!

  • The Internet Bon Tran

    AMAZING STUFF :)

  • Canada Dan Rollman

Mike, this is awesome! Big ups to Guelph (I'm from London, Ontario.)

    • Canada Mike Moore

Thanks! If you juggle, do you go to the Waterloo convention? If not, you should!

  • United States Brian Pankey

    Great Job Mike!

    your just jealous Pete!

  • United States PeteM

Brian, that's not a mills mess. Compare it to your first video and you can tell it's different. It's like you're alternating between Mill's and a Boston Mess. RecordSetter, let me know if you need anymore evidence to deny this attempt.

  • United States PeteM

Oh sorry Rob. It's been fixed now. Earlier it just had mine as broken, Patrick's as failed, and Brian's as original. No one was actually the current. Haha. That's been fixed now though. Thank you.

  • United States Rob Birdsong

Hi Peter, explain to me the dilemma here? Is it the how we measure this record "catches" vs. "patterns" ?

  • United States PeteM

Is this record going to be fixed?

  • United States PeteM

My record isn't showing up now. I only counted 82 patterns in Patrick's video.

  • United States Gold Member

Mr. Pankey never mess up patterns!

  • United States PeteM

Yeah this should be about 252 catches.

  • United States PeteM

Right at 19 seconds the pattern is messed up.

  • United States Brian Pankey

    patterns not catches
