That is stupid you should have your body at least straightened out so are taking all of your weight and not just part of e

Records set with usage of wall or supporting ones ankle should be annulled or at the very least catergorized! Different ball game when its freestanding.Need more control, more concentration for balancing and more importantly your working more muscles and working them harder! Ill be on here soon myself ;)

    Jennifer, I agree with you!

Emily, I think Peter's comment from last year is still relevant -- it really might benefit from being broken into two categories. Technically this record fits the criteria as they stand now.

Should the criteria say that you can use the wall for support?

  • The Internet Kaveh Golabi

fyi, the link below which in the title says he was doing 100 pushups and 50 handstand pushups only shows him doing 36 handstand pushups and a little over 70 pushups. False advertising.

I agree this along with most submissions require video evidence unless solid witness evidence is available which is difficult unless it's an approved urdb official.

For the sake of argument, this record should be broken into two categories: assisted and free-standing.

On a side note, should other video evidence be submitted for unknown people?

Here's video evidence of 50 handstand pushups (assisted) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJc8WvNQlCM
and 30 handstand pushups (free-standing) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9Kr9QqnHtE I guess there might need to be criteria on how far down is considered a "pushup". There are two other videos 59 assisted and 65 unassisted (by the world's strongest boy) but they are barely push ups... so the line needs to be drawn somewhere...

Agree we need to see video in this category. REDNEX, why don't you step up and set such a record?

  • The Internet randy baker

thats stupid you can't have people holding your ankles i can do 30 without anyone holding my ankles and im 12. you also need to put a video up otherwise we dont know if you really did 22.
