    Hello Corey,

With 3 years of huge Putting data, we learned that green quality is less important factor as a percentage of makes, at distances around 30 feet or so. For example, on a bumpy green, a 4 footer is a real trial, causing a decrease in makes by sometimes 30%... but on that same bumpy green, a 33 footer is only marginally more likely to miss.

Also, on Tour, the average "proximity" or distance a Tour Pro is likely away from the hole is... 33 feet.

Also, on Tour, the distance at which 1-putts equals 3-putts is... 33 feet.

So you are very perceptive to ask a great question!

Looks like a fun challenge. Is there any significance to the 33 feet distance?
