  • Yes, just watched the show and he does smile!! this record is not broken yet.....

  • he smiled at 0:48 that should be a DQ!

  • that was so funny I do not know how he was not laughing or smiling

  • It was a smirk. I noticed it during the show. If you let the record in, it should be with an asterix*.

  • This is what I think, though that may still break the rules?

  • He did smirk, I noticed it too. NO record!!!

  • I don't know about that...if a smirk is not a smile then is a guffaw not a laugh?

  • I think he was laughing at Jimmy not the whoopee cushions.

  • a smirk is not a smile. look it up.

Read my comment above. You can't claim one record category and then simply reclassify it if you fail in your attempt. DENY!

  • Canada Dan Rollman

The record he went for was "...In 30 Seconds." I think he clearly smiled in the 30 second period, and should therefore be automatically disqualified. Reclassifying the record to Most Whoopee Cushions Sat On In 17 Seconds Without Smiling Or Laughing feels weak. DENY!

  • United States Rob Birdsong

I argue it is still a world record even if he did break in to a smile. He still sat on 16 whoopee cushions in 30 seconds, which is a record with or without a smile.

  • Sorry but he totally smiled. I thought only I saw it until Jimmy's audience gave an audible whooo.

  • How many cushions does it make it through until the smile incident which has been widely reported at :17 seconds to go.

  • He clearly smiles in the video.

  • Pre-roll ad inserted by NBC. We have no control over this right now, but hope to resolve the issue shortly. Stay tuned.
