Brian Pankey completed 19 five-ball flashes in 30 seconds. He completed a total of 21 flashes but the last two attempts did not fall inside the 30-second mark.

Rules

- must use five balls
- must juggle in a cascade pattern
- flashes must be consecutive; no drops allowed
- must flash the balls one time
- must catch all the balls for the flash to count
- must stop after every flash
- flashes must be completed within the time frame; incomplete moves will be deducted from the final total
- must provide video evidence
