- must have an elevation that measures at least 32 inches at the highest point
- leg lifts must be consecutive; no resting permitted
- legs must not touch board
- leg lifts must be parallel to the board
- must hold both hands on bar
- arms must be bent 90 degrees for duration of attempt
- must provide video evidence
