Paul Melia named 45 cheeses in 10 seconds.
- varietals are acceptable, ie. "aged cheddar", "sharp cheddar"- cheeses must be listed on Cheese.com- processed cheese foods (Cheez Whiz) aren't permitted
sounded like a song
Paul, thanks for the note re: string cheese. We've tweaked criteria to reflect that point. Also, awesome record!
"String" is actually a type of cheese as listed on Cheese.com so is allowed as it is different to the processed product ""Cheese Strings" http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=String
Voting to deny this record. Listened many many times today and here 20 cheeses.
Also, this record is NOT from memory -- correct? He is reading those cheeeses.
Can you list the actual cheeses that you named here? Obviously it's hard to understand.
Cream Cheese isn't a processed cheese, String cheese is processed mozzarella cheese. Cheez Whiz isn't cheese at all.
Not sure what you mean by processed cheese aren't permitted. Hudson says "cream" in the video, as in cream cheese. Why is cream cheese ok, but string cheese isn't?
kick ass lol
most, Food and Drink, cheese, dairy, cheddar, gouda, queso
