This world record attempt was held in the UK England on June 8TH 2012. At the Breckanbury Sports Centre. Suffolk . The amount of time the weight was balanced on head was for 29 mins 50 sec. For the 1 hr allowed. with the weight going from 70 kgs up to 170 kgs. Most of the time was for 1 minute periods at a time with the weight balanced on head.
