The Association of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Nurses (APHON) invited 300 people across the United States including their members, colleagues, patients and their families to wear "Break Cancer" tattoos.

They set the record in recognition of the Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Month.

Daniel Fowler got three new giraffes tattooed on his upper arm, reclaiming his record for Most Giraffe Tattoos On A Shoulder. His new total of four giraffe tattoos beats the existing record by one tattoo.

Fowler got the tattoo at Primitive Body Piercing in Perth, Australia on June 3, 2009. Stuart Vanderplank was present as a witness.
