Alicia Weber completed the 400 rep aerobic capacity wellness challenge in 23 minutes, 35.29 seconds. Weber designed the challenge based on her research of 30 fitness clients in 2011.
The exercise routine of the challenge is continuous and completed in the following order:
1. 100 push-up burpees with jump and overhead clap
2. 100 deep squats with arms held out and legs breaking 90 degrees
3. 100 mountain climbers
4. 50 one-leg push-up burpees (right leg) with jump and overhead clap
5. 50 one-leg push-up burpees (left leg) with jump and overhead clap
Paddy Doyle completed three strength and speed challenges in three minutes, 30.00 seconds. The challenges included 20 back-of-hand push-ups while carrying 40-pound backpack, 26 step-ups on a 15-inch bench while carrying 40-pound backpack and 112 full contact punches while carrying a 40-pound backpack and two-pound wrist weights.
