Mel Sampson drank Coca-Cola from a straw that was 75.82 meters in length. She proved her success by spitting out the soda once it reached her mouth. It took her one hour and eight minutes to get the Coca-Cola from one end of the straw to the other. She set the record as part of The Drive Home with Mel World Record Week 4.

Danny Puskarcik drank a pint of soda water, consumed a bowl of macaroni and cheese with chopsticks, ate and read a fortune cookie and washed it all down with a shot of peach schnapps in three minutes, 39.30 seconds.

Prius Records

This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself.
