In homage to his love of food, Colin Nissan sets a new universal record by opening a can of Campbell’s Alphabet Soup and spelling out ‘PANTYHOSE’ in one minute, 25.77 seconds.
Nissan set the record on January 7, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society event in New York City. He opened a standard size (10.5 ounces) pop top lid can, strained the letters, and then spelled out ‘PANTYHOSE’ using letters from the soup. Ronnie Gensler and Nicholas Fritzhand were present to document the achievement and confirm proper spelling.

All achieved the feat on July 19, 2009 at the Pitchfork Music Festival[] in Chicago, Illinois. Representatives from RecordSetter.com were present to document the record.
