Fewest Times Eating Out In New York City In Two Years By A Full-Time New York City Resident
Over two straight years of living in New York City, Cathy Erway ate out at restaurants only 12 times. Frustrated with restaurant culture and living on a limited budget, she made a pact with herself to prepare her meals at home.
Erway shared her story with the audience on August 12, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.

Most Free Breakfasts Given Away In One Day
The Denny’s restaurant chain gave away 1.7 million free breakfasts in eight hours, a new world record. They served their Grand Slam breakfast (two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages, two strips of bacon) at no charge between the hours of 6 a.m and 2 p.m.
The record was set on February 3, 2009. 1523 restaurants and over 36,000 employees across the United States were involved in making it happen.

Led by Clint Poore, five RecordSetter world records were set in a pizza restaurant on November 2, 2012. The records were set during Majors Pizza Customer Appreciation Day in Albany, Kentucky.

Most Retorts By A Deli Waiter In 30 Seconds
Deli waiter Bradley Kramer gave 11 retorts in 30 seconds. He read a total of 24 retorts but only 11 were within the time limit.
Kramer accomplished the feat on October 18, 2009 at Ben’s Deli during a book release party for David Sax’s Save The Deli. Officials from RecordSetter.com were on hand to document the record.

Most Women Named Wendy To Eat At A Wendy's
23 women named Wendy, including the eponymous Wendy Thomas, came together and ate lunch at a Wendy’s in Columbus, Ohio.
The event was created by Jake Bronstein for a segment on The Edge with Jake Sasseville[] TV series. Rob Birdsong of the Universal Record Database was present as an official.
