Flexibility master David Passaro wowed audience members by setting a new world record for deepest shoulder blades. Passaro protruded his chest forward while pulling back his shoulders to create his record-setting 3 3/4 inch blades, beating Duke of Denver’s existing 3-inch record. This feat was performed on August 29, 2008 at the Burning Man festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. Witnesses Dan Rollman and Tonya Zohba were on hand to take measurements and document the achievement. #BM2008

Roald Bradstock threw a snowball 68.10 meters. Bradstock made the snowballs in Atlanta, Georgia after a snowstorm, and then drove 600 miles to Fort Myers, Florida, where the record was set. #RecordSetterBook01

Art Hoffman completed a 1/4 mile racewalk with his dog Chenji in two minutes, 17.08 seconds. Chenji is a Swahilian name.

Ronak Vitha completed 50 push-ups in 29.28 seconds at the age of five.

Ronak Vitha completed 70 push-ups in 54.49 seconds at the age of five.

Five-year-old Ronak Vitha completed 1,500 push-ups in 39 minutes, 37.54 seconds.

Jerry Paffendorf climbed the stairs of Michigan Central Station from ground level to rooftop in an unprecedented 9 minutes, 59 seconds. He set the record on April 29, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan.

Dan Morrison of Citizen Effect and three friends climbed 3291 feet from the base of Old Rag Mountainto its peak in 90 minutes.

Alica Weber crab walked 42 feet in 5.70 seconds.

Cameron Davis rolled his way down a 112-foot, 3-inch hill in 20.13 seconds.

Ivan C. ran around a church in 15.75 seconds.

Paddy Doyle walked 30 miles along the Grand Union Canal while carrying a 76-pound back pack in 10 hours and 37 seconds. Though his pack was 76 pounds and he walked an additional 300 meters, the weight and distance have been standardized. The record benefited the Help For Heroes charity. He was supported throughout by British Military Fitness instructors, martial arts boxing students from clubs around the Midlands and avid supporters. Read more about Doyle here.

Clint Poore performed a 660-pound giant tire deadlift. Clint's body weight during the attempt was 234 pounds.

James R. completed a one-arm preacher curl with his right arm using 136 pounds.

Thommy Ohlund completed a preacher curl of 181.88 pounds (82.50 kilograms).
