Daniel Haslam waited in ESPN’s College GameDay line for 43 hours and 30 minutes. Haslem got in line at 3pm on Thursday October 22, 2009 and stayed in it until 10:30am on Saturday October 24, 2009, in time for the start of the show.

Colleen Macklin, Andres Vargas, Mattia Romeo, and Greg Trefry launched an exercise ball over a line of 18 people using a parachute. Michael John Heagerty, of Played Out! Syracuse, led 25 people in forming an urban conga line parallel to a creek. Played Out! Syracuse is based on the mantra "The city that plays together, stays together." They set the record to encourage neighborhoods in the city of Syracuse to allow children of all ages to play in the streets during their pop-up event series.

At the Zappos.com Bay to Breakers road race in San Francisco, California, 13 members of the Zappos Team set a world record for Longest Centipede Limbo Line. The record was one of 40 set that day, allowing the race to set an additional record for “Most World Records Set at a Road Race.” See all 40 records at RecordSetter.com/Zappos.

This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Riley and Lane made a sock line 45 feet in length. They used a total of 100 socks during the attempt.
