Jump Rope World Records  

A camper atiD Tech Camps Wesleyan University recited all50 U.S. states[]in alphabetical order while jumping rope on a pogo stickin 22.67 seconds. [#iDTech][]

Debra E. jumped rope for 26.73 seconds while wearing a headcrab hat.

Patrick Armitage jumped double dutch with a jump-rope in a shower for 31.66 seconds, a new world record. He achieved the feat at the 2011 Sasquatch Music Festival in George, Washington. The record was set inside got2b’s World’s Biggest Shower[], a featured festival attraction. [#SMF01][]

Rishab G. completed 48 criss-cross jump rope jumps while barefoot in 28 seconds.

Tony Duncan completed 24 bounces of a beach ball off his face while jumping rope with a hula hoop.

This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Tim Elias and a friend completed 170 consecutive tandem single jump rope jumps in an office. Stride’s setting 100 records in 100 days. At the end of 100 days, we’ll verify if you are the standing Record Holder. If you are, you’ll get $500 for each record you managed to hold with your guile, talent, and sheer will. General caution and common sense required. We show the Stride Team at work, but recommend that these challenges be done at home.

Graham Booth from Cary YMCA Super Skippers performed 93 double-jump rope jumps in 30 seconds. He set the record during the 2014 US National Jump Rope Championships.
