Cynthia Kueppers and Dave Bredesen built a carrot cake 18" in height, a new world record. When complete, the cake had 21 layers.
The duo built the oversized dessert on May 20, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event in New York City. When they were finished creating it, hungry audience members ate the entire thing. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.

Using tremendous focus and a steady hand, master stacker Sam Jaffe erects a world record 133-inch domino tower.
On October 7, 2008, Jaffe began to lay the base layers of a domino skyscraper at his home in San Diego California. Hundreds of 1quot;x 2quot;x 3quot; dominos, two ladders, and four days later, he’d created an architectural marvel and a new universal record. There were no witnesses on hand.

Todd Lamb draws a midget measuring 10 feet, 8.25 inches in height, a new world record. The midget wore boots with heels in the drawing, but measurement was taken from the soles of his feet to the top of his head.
Lamb completed the achievement on March 25, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] gathering in New York City. He drew using a Sharpie marker. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present to witness and measure the drawing.
