The feat was achieved during the The Bigg Digg Shindigg held as part of the South By Southwest Interactivefestival in Austin, Texas.Universal Record Database president Dan Rollman was present to witness the record. #ATXDiggnation01

On September 6, 2010, 585 fans at an an Anaheim Angels game made a charitable donation via text message, instantly raising $2925 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Each text message made a $5 donation to the charity. The record was set at Angel Stadium of Anaheim thanks to a sponsorship from Power Balance. Cassandra Saelee took off 11 t-shirts and transferred them onto Karsyn Parker’s body in 30 seconds, a new world record. Their feat beat the previous record by three shirts. Mac Lipscomb, Brian Cohen, and JB Lockhart listened to 24 elevator pitches in five minutes. This beat the previous record by three pitches. The record was set as part of New York Entrepreneur Week.

During The University of Texas’ 40 Acres Fest,501 people symbolically “ended cancer.” Each participant was given a card that said “cancer” and asked to finish the sentence, symbolically “ending cancer.” The feat was led by the Texas 4000 bicycle team.
