      <description>&lt;p&gt;Michael Smith of &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princeton_University"&gt;Princeton University&lt;/a&gt;’s Rose Lab successfully
performed 147 yeast plasmid transformations by hand in a single sitting.
Each transformation was conducted in a microcentrifuge tube, and then
plated onto -URA glucose media.  &lt;/p&gt;
