Andy Gray traveled the four compass points of the United Kingdom, Dunnet Head in Scotland, Corrachad Mor, Lizard Point, and Ness Point, in 15 days on a bicycle. He rode a total of 1,500 miles. Fastest Time To Cross The European Continent On A Tandem Bicycle

Doctors Ben Clarke and Gihan Ganeshanantham traveled across the European continent by tandem bicycling in 57 days, eight hours and 54 minutes. They started from North Cape in Norway and rode to Tarifa in Southern Spain. They rode a total of 6,918.1 kilometers (4298.7 miles).

Dan Miller and his friends Jim, Kevin, and Jay took two Cessna planes and a Ford Escape, travelling to all 67 counties in the six states of New England in 26 hours, 38 minutes, and 44 seconds. Their route started in Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts and ended in 8 Road in Wytopitlock, Maine in Washington County.

The video was taken with a webcam mounted to the top of their vehicle, taking a still frame every six seconds for the duration of the trip.

Longest Tandem Bicycle Ride With A Full-Sized Artificial Skeleton In Back Seat

Marc and Lucas crossed Honduras by motorcycle in 4 hours and 55 minutes. They began in El Amatillo at the El Salvador border, and exited to Nicaragua through the town of at El Espino. The clock stopped when they reached the border. See their route here.

Marc and Lucas set the record on November 8, 2008. Marc rode a BMW 1150GS[] and Lucas was on a KTM 990.

Most Miles Ridden On A Motorcycle

In a feat that took almost 20 years to accomplish, former Wisconsin senator Dave Zien put a world record 1,000,000 miles on his Harley Davidson FXR motorcycle.

Fastest Time To Drive To Every Capital City In The UK And Ireland

Matt Piper, Gareth Jones, and Lloyd Jones set off from London (England) and drove to Cardiff (Wales), Dublin (Ireland), Belfast (Northern Ireland) and finally Edinburgh (Scotland) in 23 hours and 10 minutes, a new world record.

This feat was achieved on April 3, 2009. Piper, Jones, and Jones took the drive as a fundraiser for the British Red Cross on behalf of their organization, Wendy’s Appeal.
