Demonstrating tremendous tongue muscle control, Sarah Reed created an unprecedented five wrinkles in her tongue, a new universal record. ‘Tongue wrinkle’ is defined as a natural, u-shaped indentation along the edge of one’s tongue.

Reed performed the feat at the Burning Man festival in Black Rock City, Nevada on August 29, 2008. Playa Book of Records executive members Dan Rollman and Steve Payonzeck were present to count the wrinkles and document the record.
