18.34 seconds.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Garber set the record at a &lt;a href="https://sites.google.com/site/urdbwiki/world-record-appreciation-society"&gt;World Record Appreciation Society&lt;/a&gt; event
held at &lt;a href="http://www.littlefieldnyc.com/"&gt;Littlefield&lt;/a&gt; in Brooklyn, New York. Dan Rollman and Corey
Henderson were present as witnesses.  &lt;/p&gt;
