&lt;p&gt;The record was set on August 8, 2008 at the &lt;a href="http://www.yoyoopen.com/"&gt;International Yo-Yo Open&lt;/a&gt;
in New York City. Larrabee used a &lt;a href="http://www.yoyonation.com/product.php?productid=16516"&gt;YoYoFactory eight8eight yo-yo&lt;/a&gt; and
a mini 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube. Witnesses were Talia Ledner and Dan Rollman.&lt;/p&gt;
