Peter Grigorov

Peter Grigorov played 20.3 notes per second on his accordion, a new world record. He played Flight of the Bumblebee in setting the mark.

The record was set on November 25, 2007 in Billerica, Massachusetts. Atanas Grigorov witnessed the performance.

Emily Wilson

Emily Wilson set a new world record by consuming 1.2 pounds of food using chopsticks in a mere 13 minutes.

Wilson ate the food on Thanksgiving Day 2008. To accurately gauge the amount of food, she weighed her plate both before (1.6 pounds) and after (2.8 pounds) putting food on it. The meal consisted of traditional Thanksgiving fare: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, peas, and a roll. Dana Johnson was present to witness the feat.

Caitie McMekin opened a bag of Skittles and sort them by color in 21.95 seconds.

Mick Cullen

Mick Cullen named 26 bands, each beginning with a different letter of the alphabet, in 10.90 seconds.

Sean Farrell

Displaying lung capacity not found in many smokers, Sean Farrell lit 18 cigarettes in 3 minutes, 43.56 seconds while seated one foot before an electric fan. The fan, a Vornado S2–40 model was set on high as the Lucky Strike cigarettes were lit with a drugstore lighter of unknown make and model.

Farrell set the record on February 17, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event at the Hemlock Tavern in San Francisco, California. Dan Rollman and Debbie Hampton were present as witnesses.

Cramer Ruth snapped 10 pencils with his hands in 6.65 seconds.

Joel MacNeil

Joel MacNeil counted to 126 by increments of seven in 6.45 seconds.

Louis Hyde

Louis Hyde built 48 origami sonobes in a world record 57 minutes and 40 seconds.

Hyde performed the feat on April 4, 2009 at the first annual Brooklyn World Record Day in Brooklyn, New York. The event was held by URDB in conjunction with Beam Camp. Corey Henderson was present as a witness.

Faye Gault

Faye Delores Gault drank six cans of Diet Coke in a mindblowing 2 minutes, 38.16 seconds, a new world record. She didn’t open the cans until the timing had begun.

Gault performed the feat on May 20, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present to witness and time the feat.

Sophia Flanagan

Sophia Flanagan drew 10 images of Homer Simpson’s head in one minute and 15.58 seconds.

Time stopped when the 10th Homer Simpson head was completed.

Tim Rauscheder

Tim Rauscheder drank two 32-ounce bottles of Gatorade in 22.56 seconds, a new world record. He stipulated that the bottles could be any flavor and consumed at any temperature.

Dan Crowley

Dan Crowley drank a 12-ounce can of Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry in 13.31 seconds. Timing began when he opened the can and stopped when it was empty.

Justin Nguyen

Justin Nguyen built a 4x4 pyramid made of coffee creamers in 32.06 seconds, a new world record. The pyramid was four levels tall, scaling from 16 creamers at the base to one at the top. Nguyen used unopened International DelightFrench Vanilla creamers.

Josh Graber

Josh Graber drank a 12-ounce (355 ml) can of Diet Pepsi through a straw in 35.27 seconds.

Zach Neal

Zach Neal shaved the hair off his head in two minutes, 19 seconds.
