Distance World Records

Caleb Jones and Jared Hunter of BreakBox Productions ran towards each other for a combined distance of 32.18 kilometers (20 miles) before slapping a high five. Jones started in Taylor, Arkansas while Hunter started in Magnolia Arkansas. They kept their high fiving hands raised in the air for the duration of the feat.

Roald Bradstock threw a vinyl record 367 feet and 6 inches (112 meters).

Satpal K. walked on his hands for two minutes, 49.34 seconds.

JK's friend Michael threw a banana a distance of 205 feet (2,460 inches). He set the record at Belleville West High School race track in Belleville, Illinois.

Dean G. grinded a rail for 196 inches using a fingerboard.

Kadhim Shubber rode 891 miles with a full-sized skeleton on the back seat of his tandem bicycle. He cycled from John O'Groats, Scotland to Land's End, England. He set the record to raise money for scholarship programs at Imperial College London. Read more about the feat here.

Tom Oppelt used a glass jar to catch an egg tossed from 246 feet (2,952 inches) away.

Roald Bradstock threw a snowball 68.10 meters. Bradstock made the snowballs in Atlanta, Georgia after a snowstorm, and then drove 600 miles to Fort Myers, Florida, where the record was set. #RecordSetterBook01

In a feat that took almost 20 years to accomplish, former Wisconsin senator Dave Zien put a world record 1,000,000 miles on his Harley Davidson FXR motorcycle. Zien began the journey in 1991. Mark Malkoff was carried 9.4 miles by 155 random people, covering almost the entire length of Manhattan while setting the world record. He achieved the feat on December 18–19, 2009, beginning at the Staten Island Ferry[] Terminal and ending at 140th Street.
