Nine people participated in a 900-meter exquisite corpse relay race,
a new world record. The first participant ran 100 meters and drew part
of a person on their t-shirt. The shirt was then transferred to the next
relay member, who put it on and added to the first person’s drawing
while running. This was done repeatedly, with each person running 100
meters, until the drawing of the person was complete.
The record was set on June 17, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The relay
participants were Jessica Dunn, Lindsay Gerlach, Courtney Hacker,
Flounder Lee, Paul Miller, Kurt Nettleton, Kyle Channing Smith, Victoria
Son and Courtney Ware. Lamar Richcreek was present as a witness.
Dina Mishev climbed 34,546 feet in 24 hours, a new world record.
Using climbing skins, she repeatedly trekked up a 1502-foot trail,
checking in with officials at the top off the trail, before skiing down
and checking in with officials at the bottom. She did this 23 times in
The record was set on February 8, 2009 during the 24 Hour Sunlight
Challenge at the Sunlight Mountain Resort in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
In a feat that took almost 20 years to accomplish, former Wisconsin
senator Dave Zien put a world record 1,000,000 miles on his Harley
Davidson FXR motorcycle.
Zien began the journey in 1991. On April 4, 2009, Zien hit the million

Scott Winfrey grinded a rail for 110 inches using his 3.5 inch
Art Hoffman and his dog Chenji completed a 1/4 mile roller skate sprint
in one minute, 55.06 seconds.
Art Hoffman completed a 1/4 mile racewalk with his dog Chenji in two
minutes, 17.08 seconds. Chenji is a Swahilian name.
Heart transplant recepient Donald Arthur has completed marathons in
31 U.S. States.

inches. The measurement was taken from the point of release to the
location where the shredder landed.
Roald Bradstock threw an iPod 154 yards. The measurement was
taken from its release point to where the iPod landed.

May Yu from Citizen Effect walked 136 feet down 18th Street
NW in Washington D.C with a spoon balanced on her nose.
Holding a plastic soda cap with his pinky and index fingers, Brian
Pankey completed a 6’ finger walk in 7.72 seconds. The feat ended
when the cap was dropped in a shot glass.
Colleen Macklin, Andres Vargas, Mattia Romeo, and Greg Trefry launched a
3.5 foot exercise ball 35 feet, 4 inches to a partner team who
successfully caught it.
The record was set during the Ball-Pop event at the 2010 Come Out
and Play Festival in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park. URDB official Rob
Birdsong was on hand as a witness.
Forrest threw a rubber band 8.69 meters (28.5 ft.). He set the record
atiD Tech Camp at Villanova University.
Dinesh Shivnath Upadhyaya covered a distance of 27cm with a fully
extended palm. The measurement was taken from the end of his thumb to
the tip of his middle finger.
