Tony Mansfield auctioned 400 items nonstop for over four hours in a shopping mall in Queensland, Australia. The event was organized to raise money and local awareness for Make-A-Wish Australia. Learn more about the feat here.

Ethan Brown recited 2,012 digits of Tau from memory. He set the record to raise money for the Bethel Public Library. Learn more about the feat here.

Edwin Escobar visited San Jose in Costa Rica, Managua in Nicaragua, Tegucigalpa in Honduras, San Salvador in El Salvador and Guatemala City in Guatemala. He traveled to each city on his motorcycle, a total distance of 1,400 kilometers across Central America. Escobar performed this feat to raise funds to help overcome malnutrition of Salvadorean children.

Paul (Pabs) Melia completed one spin on a hand-shaped chair while dressed as a penguin. He set the record to raise money for the Ykids children’s charity.

To raise funds for Vickie’s Angel Walk, hundreds of people threw a total of 2,400 pies at each other in the world’s largest pie fight. The event raised $2,500 and a full pallet of canned food. The food was donated to the Bethesda Mission in Harrisburg.The money raised will be used for financial assistance for families fighting cancer in Central Pennsylvania.

Darryl Learie received an anonymous $35 donation to his non-commercial YouTube channel.

On September 6, 2010, 585 fans at an an Anaheim Angels game made a charitable donation via text message, instantly raising $2925 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Each text message made a $5 donation to the charity. The record was set at Angel Stadium of Anaheim thanks to a sponsorship from Power Balance. At a Kiva event celebrating International Women’s Day, 54 people lined up and set a new world record for the Longest Charity Waterfall. Record participants included Kiva CEO Matt Flannery, president Premal Shah and Director of Development Bennett Grassano, who conceived the feat. Attendees lined up and donated at least $1 to a pile of money that was passed along the line in a waterfall manner, raising $175 in less than a minute. The money was instantly processed as a Kiva microfinancing loan.

A group of 210 Lavallette Elementary Schoolstudents wore jellyfish hats at at once. They set the world record to raise environmental awareness forBarnegat Bay. See more about the event here.

Craig Morrison and Sam Stilson, also known as The Record Collection, donated 14 homemade pumpkin pies to The Good Shepherd Centrein downtown Toronto.

Radio Shack donated 100 video cameras to the Livestrong Young Adult Alliance to raise awareness for young adult cancer.

Attendees of the Inventgenuity Festival created a money chain made up of $436.32. The money was then donated to the International Rescue Committee[]. The record was set on February 21, 2010 at the 2nd Annual Brooklyn World Record Day, an event hosted by RecordSetter in conjunction with Beam Camp as part of their Inventgenuity Festival. #BWRD02
