Chain World Records  

At a weekend retreat, a group from Reboot set the world record for Fastest Eight-Person Three-Rotation High Five Chain. The feat was officiated by RecordSetter President Dan Rollman.

Toothless Sal linked 25 paper clips to one paper clip in 27.45 seconds.

Record Setter set up a domino chain in 16.68 seconds.

Suresh Gaur set up a deck of 52 standard-sized playing cards in a domino chain and toppled it in one minute, 40.03 seconds.

This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Attendees of the Inventgenuity Festival created a money chain made up of $436.32. The money was then donated to the International Rescue Committee[]. The record was set on February 21, 2010 at the 2nd Annual Brooklyn World Record Day, an event hosted by RecordSetter in conjunction with Beam Camp as part of their Inventgenuity Festival. #BWRD02

Led by Jackson Bloomer, 113 people formed a high five chain circle, each person high fiving the next. The attempt lasted for two minutes.

Luke and 39 people created a low-five chain. They lined up and each person low-fived the next.

Mike Shea and the staff of Alternative Press Magazine created a domino chain using 76 Paramore magazines and successfully toppled the entire chain. They set the record as part of the kickoff for Paramore's "Ain't It Fun" music video. NOTE: To challenge this record, you must follow all rules below.

Theodore Harris created a domino chain using 98 Atari video game cartridges and successfully made the entire chain topple.

Leo Soucy made a beer tab chain measuring 741 feet. It consists of over 62,985 beer tabs. Soucy is retired at the age of 60 and started collecting beer tabs as a hobby since 2008. His ultimate goal is to make a chain a quarter mile in length which is enough to circle around a race track. He gives credit to her daughter, Christine, in helping him save beer tabs collected from friends and family. Soucy plans to donate to Shriners to help cancer patients as soon as he reach a half mile length beer tab chain.

Jaydeepgurowb created a domino chain using 300 bent playing cards and successfully made the entire chain topple.

At the RecordSetter release party for the RecordSetter Book of World Records, 36 people collaborated on the world’s longest cock a snook. The chain they created consisted of 71 hands in total.

Nick H. made a domino chain using 114 coins and successfully made the entire chain toppled.

Joshua created a domino chain using 92 Doritos chips and successfully made the entire chain toppled. The record was set as part of the Doritos Bold 50 campaign.
