Michael Arthur drew 11 world record attempts at a single World Record Appreciation Society event. Record attempts illustrated included Longest Time Hula-Hooping One One Foot and Most Boob Wiggles. Arthur set the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses. Nine people participated in a 900-meter exquisite corpse relay race, a new world record. The first participant ran 100 meters and drew part of a person on their t-shirt. The shirt was then transferred to the next relay member, who put it on and added to the first person’s drawing while running. This was done repeatedly, with each person running 100 meters, until the drawing of the person was complete. The record was set on June 17, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The relay participants were Jessica Dunn, Lindsay Gerlach, Courtney Hacker, Flounder Lee, Paul Miller, Kurt Nettleton, Kyle Channing Smith, Victoria Son and Courtney Ware. Lamar Richcreek was present as a witness.

Todd Lamb drew a person of someone with dwarfism measuring 10 feet, 8.25 inches in height. The illustration included boots with heels, but measurement was taken from the soles of the person's feet to the top of his head. Lamb completed the achievement on March 25, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] gathering in New York City. He drew using a Sharpie marker. Jerry Paffendorf destroys $72 American dollars with the express purpose of reselling it for more, a new world record. He began shredding the bills with a blender, but ultimately resorted to ripping the bills by hand. Paffendorf now plans to sell the creation as an artwork on eBay, with a starting price of $73. Paffendorf performed the feat on February 17, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event at the Hemlock Tavern in San Francisco, California.
