Alicia Weber scored 50 points on the consecutive pull-ups 40-yard archery obstacle course.

- must perform in order demonstrated in the original video
- time may not exceed three minutes
- must use steel straight bars
- must perform strict pull-ups
- pull-ups may not exceed six seconds
- no leg movement allowed
- must use standard archery target
- no sighting device allowed
- may shoot up to five arrows but only three best shots count
- must combine pull-ups and archery points for final score

    Alicia, I respect your physical ability, but your pull-up form is pretty crap. You kip on almost every pull up that I have ever seen you do, and I have gone through several of your "records". They really can't be counted as strict form if you kip through them, and as such it wouldn't be fair to consider the record achieved if a challenger would have to do strict form while you are held to a lower standard.

      Hi Joe, I see you like to go around and trash talk exercise record holders here at Recordsetter, but yet you do not hold one record. If you think you are such an "expert" then get out here and set a record. I have been setting physical fitness records at 3 record books in pull ups and various exercises, since 2008. If you want to look at kipping go watch Crossfit!!!! They are all about kipping. You obviously don't know the difference between proper form and kipping, so keep your mouth shut and get busy moving your body.
